- Competitive Annual Salary
We provide our employees direct compensation commensurate with their demonstrated skills, experience, education and seniority. We evaluate compensation levels using a system that determines the current market value of a position based on the skills, knowledge, and abilities required of a fully competent incumbent.
- Group Vision Discount Program
This plan provides coverage for eye exams, lenses and frames. Part of our medical insurance plan, no additional employee contribution.
- Group Dental Discount Program
Part of our medical insurance plan, no additional employee contribution.
- Annual Performance Evaluation
Compensation has a direct correlation to employee performance. Employees receive annual performance reviews on the date of their employment anniversary (hire date/or change of position). The level of performance on the annual performance evaluation will determine an employees’ merit increase.
- Direct Deposit
Paychecks can be directly deposited into a designated checking or savings account. Employees can retrieve check stubs electronically.
- Medical Insurance
Regular full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance. We offer several options for medical coverage through other top-quality Preferred Provider (PPO) plan with prescription drug coverage. Employee contributions are on a sliding scale based on dependents or family coverage.
- Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Regular full-time employees are eligible for group life insurance and AD& D coverage at no cost. The employee group life insurance benefit amount is 100% employer paid. We also offer dependent life insurance coverage for an additional cost.
- Long Term Disability (LTD)
Regular full-time employees are eligible for long-term disability coverage at no cost. The long-term disability coverage is 100% employer paid. Optional supplemental package.
- Short-Term Disability (STD)
Regular full-time employees are eligible for short-term disability coverage at no cost. The short-term disability coverage is 100% employer paid. Optional supplemental package.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP Program is a comprehensive resource that offers fast, convenient answers and advice on a wide range of topics. It is available to employees and their family members, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
- IRA/401(k) Plan
OFCA offers tax deferral programs with employer matching feature. Pre-tax contributions can be made up to the legal limit through payroll deduction.
- Transit Benefit
OFCA coop employees who ride public transportation such as train and bus to work.
- Tuition Assistance
OFCA provides tuition assistance to those employees pursuing higher education related to their current positions after 18 months of employment.
- Paid Holidays
OFCA observes ten (10) federal holidays per calendar year. Employees are compensated at their regular rate of pay for each observed holiday.
- Vacation Leave
Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation starting from their date of hire. Vacation is accrued at different rates based on the years of service. Vacation starts at two weeks per year.
- Personal Leave
Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue personal leave starting from their date of hire for a total of five days per year.
- Bereavement Leave
3 days paid leave for the passing of an immediate family member.
- Jury Duty
5 days paid leave for jury service.
